Lumagen Support Forum: Official Lumagen Video Processor & Scaler ForumRadiance 2143 Feedback Question

I am trying to readout the output resolution of my 2143 via RS232.
Per RS232 documentation ZQO01 give me that information. I have been getting correct results for 1080 and I believe also lower resolutions. However, for
4k signals it still only shows 1920x1080
Here is the Docklight Scripting Readout:
zqo01!o01,2398,1920,1080,0,0<cr><lf>
....despite of what the on-screen info of the Lumagen and my JVC RS520 show (see attached picture).
Any idea what I am missing?]]>waffles2018-01-08T15:46:57-00:00Re: Radiance 2143 Feedback Question

"Try ZQI21. It has the vertical resolution (QQQQ field) and since it was added later it may report correctly at 4k output rate.
If this does not help we can put this on the bug list as it sounds like a bug."
So I tried his recommendation and it has been working great.
There is also an updated RS232 Tech Tip on their website. It adds some information on the commands, and makes some commands (such as ZQI21) easier to read.
